Idea

Over the years in the jewellery business, I’ve come to realise that the most common mistake is making decisions without sufficient information. People buy jewellery guided by emotion, sales advice, or a brand’s reputation—without truly understanding what, exactly, they are paying for. Having run jewellery boutiques and pawnbroking operations, and having worked with private clients, I’ve seen how knowledge changes the entire approach. The very same person, once they understand gemstone characteristics and the market, begins to ask different questions and make more considered decisions. That is why I decided to share this experience through a bespoke, one-to-one education and ongoing guidance service. It matters to me that a person doesn’t simply purchase a piece of jewellery, but understands its distinctive qualities and its value.
