At the center of the piece is a large, vivid-red Burmese spinel weighing 3.57 carats, in a rich, saturated color. The ring is crafted in 18K white gold and set with 273 diamonds with a total weight of 3 carats. The shank takes the form of a woven pattern fully covered in pavé, while the central stone is held by prongs studded with diamonds. This is ValeOro's signature design: the dense interlacing of lines and the hand-setting of each stone make the piece especially labor-intensive to execute.
