Ring “Le Mans”

Emerald 5.5 carats, 18K yellow gold, Diamonds

At the center of the piece is a large, natural, untreated emerald weighing 5.5 carats with a cabochon cut. This very stone became the basis for the ring's unique design. The ring is crafted in 18K yellow gold and set with 255 diamonds with a total weight of 1.2 carats. The form of the piece follows the silhouette of a serpent: its body, coiling around the finger in smooth loops, is entirely covered in diamond pavé. The emerald is set within a dense frame of small gold beads, forming a raised border around the stone. The voluminous, multi-coil construction and the hand-setting of every diamond required painstaking craftsmanship.
