At the center of the piece is a 3.05-carat violet spinel. The ring is crafted in 18K white gold and set with 209 diamonds with a total weight of 2.51 carats. ValeOro's understated design centers on the stone itself: the split shank is paved with diamonds across its entire surface and converges at the spinel, holding it in four prongs. Behind this outward restraint lies a great deal of handwork — every diamond on the shank is hand-set by a master jeweler.
